• If you are soft hearted and complacent and believe that a manager's role is to spoil his team – then you probably won't come across as the managerial type.
• If you consider your self an experienced and professional worker and believe that these qualities will demonstrate your ability to manage – then you are mistaken.
• To be able to manage you must be authoritative. The interviewer must believe that you have leadership skills. You must believe in your authoritative skills to be convincing.
